Straw Waste Shredder

Introductions-Straw Waste Shredder

Biomass pre-shredder with reference to European technology, innovative design, crushes materials to a smaller particle size by comprehensive principle of shearing, crushing and shredding. Extremely talented in shredding square bundle bale, round bale and bulk materials. It is often used in biomass direct-fired power plants, biomass biogas projects, animal husbandry feed, papermaking and other biomass reuse fields

Applications-Straw Waste Shredder

Shred bale or bulk materials such as straw, corn stalks, wheat stalks, reeds, bark, branches, cotton stalks, sugarcane trash, etc., make these kind of solid waste materials to homogenous size and shape that improves combustion and maximizes the energy output from the waste fuel. Many are in use in applications such as RDF/SRF (Refuse-Derived Fuel/Secondary Recovered Fuel) production, biomass processing, waste-to-energy plants (WtE), Energy from Waste Plants (EfW) and in mechanical biological treatment plants (MBT).

Working Principle-Biomass Pre-Shredder

Biomass Pre-Shredder is driven by the power system to drive knife shaft to make knife rotor rotate at a low speed, and meanwhile, crushing, tearing and shredding among the knife cutters.  The biomass pre-shredder compositions: knife box, motor, reducer, frame, intelligent operation and maintenance control system, etc.
